    Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once processed, your order is handed over to our trusted courier partners for delivery.

Payment Method

At DrHairPk, we currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and pay in cash.

  • Have the exact amount ready for a smooth and quick handover.

Delivery Areas

We deliver all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote locations.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Missed Deliveries

In case a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • Recipient not available

  • No response at the time of delivery
